Iridyx provides phone answering and appointment scheduling services to local service businesses. By calling a line we answer, requesting an appointment, or agreeing to receive text notifications, you accept these terms.
Program name: Iridyx Lead Communications. Program description: informational text messages sent by Iridyx to business owners and prospective clients who have spoken with Iridyx directly about our AI receptionist service — for example, a caller who requested more information or asked to be sent a scheduling link. This program is not used to message consumers on behalf of any other business.
How consent is collected (call-to-action): consent is collected verbally during a phone call that the prospect initiates by calling Iridyx. After describing our service, our scheduling assistant, Victoria, asks for consent, word for word:
"Would you like me to text you a link to schedule a quick call with our team? Message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and our privacy policy is available at iridyx.com/privacy."
Only prospects who verbally agree receive text messages. All calls are recorded, so each person's consent is documented in the call recording, which is retained and available for compliance review upon request. Prospects who decline receive no text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you provide your mobile number during a call with Iridyx and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive informational messages from Iridyx — scheduling links and follow-ups about our AI receptionist service.
Appointments scheduled through our service are requests to the business you contacted; the business is responsible for performing the underlying work, its pricing, and any changes. Iridyx is not a party to the transaction between you and that business.
You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to disrupt our systems or using them for unlawful purposes.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iridyx disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services, including missed, delayed, or rescheduled appointments.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page.
