When you contact Iridyx or book a discovery call, you may give us your name, business name, email, phone number, inquiry, appointment details, and your choices about text messages. We may receive information you choose to provide in a direct message or during a call. We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss our services, arrange and manage appointments, and provide any text messages you chose to receive. We use consent records to honor your communication choices and opt-out requests. Iridyx also provides communication services to business clients; information handled on a client’s behalf is used to provide that client’s service, as described in the applicable client arrangement.

SMS and your consent

Iridyx sends inquiry and appointment texts only when you have agreed to that category. These may include a booking link, answers to questions, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your request. Promotional texts about Iridyx services, overview videos, or offers require a separate marketing choice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact shahan.irfan@iridyx.com. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, scheduling, phone and SMS delivery, and business operations. They may process information for those services. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry, booking, and consent information as needed to provide the service, document communication preferences, and meet applicable obligations. Reply STOP to any Iridyx text to stop that SMS program; one confirmation text may follow.
